Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This policy describes how Forge IP Holdings LLC ("we," "us") handles information in connection with PlotForge™ (app.siteplangenerator.com). By using PlotForge you consent to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address, a securely hashed password (we never see or store the plain text), the date/time you accepted the Terms of Service and the terms version, and your account approval status.
- Standard server logs: our hosting provider records ordinary web-server logs (IP address, timestamps, pages requested) for security and operations.
3. What We Do NOT Collect
- Your drawings. Parcel geometry, structures you place, dimensions, labels, and exported PDFs/PNGs/DXFs are produced entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
- Project addresses. When you load a parcel, your browser requests data directly from public geocoding and county GIS services (see Section 5). Those addresses are not sent to or logged by our servers.
- Payment card data. Any payment arrangements are handled outside the app; the app itself collects no payment information.
4. Authentication
Sign-in is provided by Supabase (a hosted authentication service). Supabase stores your email, hashed password, and session tokens on our behalf, in a project controlled by Forge IP Holdings. Session tokens are kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in between visits.

These requests go directly from your browser to those services and are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
PlotForge uses browser local storage for: (a) your authentication session, and (b) small UI preferences (for example, help messages you've dismissed). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Account information is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email kent@forgeipholdings.com and we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or accounting purposes.
8. Your Rights
You may request a copy of the account data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting kent@forgeipholdings.com.
9. Security
Passwords are hashed by the authentication provider; sessions use industry-standard tokens over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure — keep your credentials private and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
10. Children
PlotForge is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be noted on this page.
