Every PlotForge site plan is drawn to scale from your county's own GIS parcel data — the same property lines your building department looks at. The finished sheet includes your property boundaries, the existing house and structures, your proposed project (deck, fence, addition, shed, pool — whatever you selected above), setback dimensions from the new structure to the property lines, a north arrow, a graphic scale, and a professional title block with the owner's name, site address, and sheet number ready to drop into your permit set.

You'll receive a print-ready PDF sized for standard 11×17 paper, delivered by email within your selected timeframe. Need it in CAD? Add the DXF export and you get a layered vector file that opens straight in AutoCAD, Revit, or BricsCAD.
